Our hotel provides the ideal setting for successful conferences and events. Thanks to its convenient location and approximately 400 parking spaces, your guests can enjoy a smooth and stress-free arrival.
We offer 14 flexible meeting and event rooms equipped with state-of-the-art conference technology, suitable for up to 200 participants. Complimentary Wi-Fi and LAN access are available throughout the hotel. Catering can be tailored to your needs, either in one of our three restaurants or directly within the event area.

For multi-day congresses, we provide a total of 200 hotel rooms, allowing participants to stay comfortably on site—ensuring short distances and a seamless event experience.
Our largest event space measures 210 m² and accommodates up to 200 guests in theater-style seating or up to 120 in a classroom setup. Additional rooms are available for workshops, breakout sessions, and smaller meetings.

We also offer excellent options for hybrid and more dynamic event formats. Our gardens and terraces provide an inviting setting for networking, breaks, or outdoor program elements.
In cooperation with our local network partners, we can also organize large-scale events, including full event management, at external venues such as a pavilion in the nearby EXPO Park—for example, the Peppermint Pavilion, “Der Wal,” the adjacent Hanover Exhibition Grounds, or the ZAG Arena Hanover—hosting up to 10,000 participants. We have access to a wide range of unique locations for your staged major event and are happy to provide catering for your guests in the style of Parkhotel Kronsberg.
