The DUA Hotel is a modern and quietly located trade show and business hotel. The entire hotel was completely renovated and refurnished in 2023. The hotel has a total of 37 rooms and is particularly well-suited for business travelers, trade show visitors, exhibitors, installation technicians, tour groups, families, and short-stay guests.
All rooms are modern and comfortably furnished. Soundproof windows and sound-insulated room doors ensure a quiet atmosphere and a pleasant stay.

Distances and Accessibility:
• Tram Line 1 stop: approximately 100 meters
• Hannover Exhibition Center by tram: approximately 20 minutes
• Hannover Exhibition Center by car: approximately 10 minutes
• Direct tram connection to downtown Hannover
• A7 highway: approximately 5 to 10 minutes
• B6 federal highway: approximately 5 to 10 minutes

The stop for tram line 1 is only about 100 meters from the hotel. From there, there are direct connections to the Hannover Fairgrounds and downtown Hannover. The fairgrounds can be reached by tram in about 20 minutes.
By car, guests can reach the Hannover Fairgrounds in about 10 minutes. Thanks to the hotel’s convenient location south of the fairgrounds, guests can reach the area from Hannover without encountering the usual traffic congestion.
The A7 highway and Federal Highway B6 are accessible from the hotel in about 5 to 10 minutes.
