Holiday Flat for max. 2 persons (non-smoking) with 1 living room with sleeping facilities, approx. 30 sqm, kitchen, 1 bathroom with tub/WC

Within this holiday flat the guests will stay by themselves, meaning this whole area is separated by an own front door. The flat has got sufficient seating facilities for all guests and a desk.

The bedroom or any room with a sleeping facility can be darkened. The width of each bed/sleeping-couch will be at least 90 cm per person. Furthermore, there will be a wardrobe to store your clothes.

The apartment includes a bathroom with shower and/or bathtub as well as a WC.

The kitchen is equipped with cooking facilities, a refrigerator and a sink. Moreover, there will be all necessary kitchen tools (dishes, cutlery, pot, etc.)

Towels and bed linen will be provided.

Die Lage ist fantastisch. Die Abwickung klappte sehr gut, es war schnell, einfach und unkompliziert. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

ausgesprochen pünktliche, freundliche und hilfreiche Begrüßung durch den Vermieter sowie Erläuterung der Unterkunft und des Pkw-Stellplatzes. Eine rundum zu empfehlende Unterkunft. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Vom ersten Kontakt über die Unterkunft bis zum Verlassen der Wohnung hat mir Alles sehr gut gefallen. Ich würde den Vermieter und die Unterkunft jeder Zeit weiter empfehlen.

Das man permanent überwacht wird und darauf angesprochen wird das man die heizung runter drehen soll und warum die Fenster offen sind. Absolut keine Privatsphäre.

Ruhige Lage. Klein aber fein und Top gepflegte Wohnung. Absolut netter Vermieter. Besser geht es gar nicht. Immer wieder.

Die Unterkunft hat meine Vorstellungen weit übertroffen. Die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet und hatte ein sehr angenehmes Flair. Sehr gerne empfehle ich sie weiter.

No Wifi internet connection as it is a basic thing,so I was not able to contact anybody for two days. My mobile roaming is very expensive. So I perefer in future to stay where there is internet connection so I can use whattsapp and mail.

Super nah an Messegelände, geräumig, Küche komplett, ruhige Wohnanlage, Stellplatz, nette und sehr bemühte Vermieter !

(-) What did you not like?

Habe ich zwar nicht benötigt, aber das Zimmer sollte auch für 2 Personen buchbar sein, jedoch steht dort nur ein normales Einzelbett. Bessere Leuchten (zu dunkel) im Bad und ein Duschvorhang wäre nicht schlecht. Antwort der HMTG: Für die zweite Person steht zusätzlich ein Schlafsofa zur Verfügung.
