Die beiden Zimmer befinden sich in einem Reihenhaus in Wülfel, dem südlichsten Stadtteil von Hannover, nur ca. 2 km vom Messegelände entfernt und 6 km vom Stadtzentrum, praktisch direkt auf der Strecke zwischen Messegelände und Zentrum von Hannover. Kostenlose Parkmöglichkeit in der Regel direkt vor dem Haus (30er Zone). Das Messegelände und auch das Stadtzentrum sind mit der U-Bahn bequem zu erreichen. Mehrere Restaurants in der Nähe sind zu Fuß zu erreichen. Im Flur, in der zweiten Etage, vor den beiden Zimmern befindet sich ein Kühlschrank, gefüllt mit verschiedenen Kaltgetränken zur Selbstbedienung. Über dem Kühlschrank ist ein Schrank mit Kaffeegeschirr und verschiedenen Teesorten, Kaffee und Cappuccino, so dass sich die Gäste kostenlos Warmgetränke zubereiten können.
