Part of the “new” Grohnder Fährhaus is the fresh, uncomplicated tavern, which is simply for feeling good.
At the tavern in Grohnde by the Weser river, we offer traditional Bavarian and regional tavern cooking and childhood favourites. Whether it´s a crispy “Schweinshaxe” (knuckle of pork), a sturdy schnitzel or a hearty beef roulade, our food is delicious. Paulaner beer specialities perfectly complement our tavern´s authentic atmosphere.
Around 250 guests can fit into the tavern and beer garden. Our hall is ideal for all kinds of celebration. Another highlight is our genuine Bavarian beer garden right on the banks of the Weser river.
