Dear Guest,
we are pleased to spoil you at our accomodation. Our house is quiet and however conveniently located to tram/subway, fair and highway. All three rooms and the bathroom/toilet are located on the first floor. You can use the fridge and the kettle at the corridor. For smoking you can use the balcony. There is parking space in front of the house.

The accommodation is placed at your disposal from 6.00 p.m. on day of arrival till 10.00 a.m. on day of departure unless agreed otherwise with the host.
Arrival at the host has to be till 0.00 a.m. at the latest.
