Within this holiday flat the guests will stay by themselves, meaning this whole area is separated by an own front door. The flat has got sufficient seating facilities for all guests and a desk.

The bedroom or any room with a sleeping facility can be darkened. The width of each bed/sleeping-couch will be at least 90 cm per person. Furthermore, there will be a wardrobe to store your clothes.

The apartment includes a bathroom with shower and/or bathtub as well as a WC.

The kitchen is equipped with cooking facilities, a refrigerator and a sink. Moreover, there will be all necessary kitchen tools (dishes, cutlery, pot, etc.)

Towels and bed linen will be provided.

Die Helligkeit des Appartments! Die Lage perfekt für das was ich in Hannover tun wollte-alles war zu Fuß zu erledigen, bzw. günstig Lage zum Bahnhof und Stadtbahnen u. zu Oper u.Schauspielhaus.

Die Abtrennung zur Nachbarwohnung war eine normale Tür, Telefonklingeln u."Lebensgeräusche".

Top-Lage, sehr gute Betten, für Messezeiten ein angemessener Preis.

(-) What did you not like?

Bad ist etwas runtergekommen. Außerdem gibt es eine Zimmertür als Verbindung zur Wohnung des Vermieters, das fand ich sehr merkwürdig. "Antwort vom Gastgeber: Das Bad wird nach jedem Gast gründlich gereinigt. Für die Verbindungstür (gibt es auch in vielen Hotels) gibt es ein Zusatzschloss, um die Tür abzuschließen. Leider hatten wir nicht die Möglichkeit eventuelle Mängel während des Aufenthalts zu beseitigen, da wir vom Gast nicht angesprochen worden sind."

Der Vermieter überließ die Schlüsselübergabe seiner Mutter, die mir mitten in der Nacht sagte, ich solle mir etwas Anderes suchen, nachdem ich eine Verspätung aufgrund eines Umsteigefehlers in der Bahn angekündigt hatte. "Antwort vom Gastgeber: Der Gast war schon am Ankunftstag nicht erschienen! Ich habe angerufen und gefragt ob die Übernachtungen storniert werden sollen.Dann wurde mir die nächste Ankunft für den darauffolgenden Tag für ca 19.00 -21.00Uhr angekündigt. Erst um 1.00 -2.00 Uhr Nachts rief der Gast an und sagte, das sie den Ausstieg mit der Bahn in Hannover verpasst hätte und jetzt in Braunschweig gelandet sei. Das war dann wohl doch merkwürdig,zumal man von überall anrufen kann."

Die Wohnung liegt sehr nah zum Hannover Zentrum (Kröpcke), es ist gut ausgestattet und sauber.

Der Vermieter hielt sich sehr zurück, was mir sehr gefiel, hatte früher auch schon Nervensägen.

Es gab nur einen röhrenfernseher mit kleinem Durchmesser, was zur fussball-em wenig attraktiv war, aber das ist jammern auf hohem Niveau
