Location is good and safe, only 5 minutes walking from the apartment to tram station. The host is very friendly. I feel like home when I stayed here.

(-) What did you not like?

The host couldn't speak English, a little hard to communicate. However, her husband can speak a little.

Schon mit der Buchung gab es die ersten Schwierigkeiten. Die Weiterleitung unserer Angebotsannahme zur entsprechenden Abteilung erfolgte nicht. Erst nach telefonischer Rücksprache erhielten wir eine Reservierungsbestätigung. Dann wurde die Reservierung an den Vermieter nicht rechtzeitig weiter gereicht. Der Vermieter wurde erst durch uns, nach Erfragung der Handynummer, über unsere Buchung informiert. Antwort der HMTG: "Die Buchung wurde vier Wochen vor Ihrer Anreise per Post an den Vermieter versendet und vorher telefonisch abgesprochen. Für die Schwierigkeiten der Angebotsannahme (Systemumstellung) entschuldigen wir uns!"
