The tour takes you past historic cemeteries, impressive gardens and picturesque green spaces. A special highlight is the Garden Cemetery, one of the oldest cemeteries in the city, where some well-known Hanover personalities have found their final resting place. The city park, which impresses with its diverse garden styles, as well as the idyllic Hermann Löns Park, a green oasis of peace, are also impressive.
But the real jewel of the tour awaits you at the end: the magnificent Herrenhausen Gardens. In the Great Garden, one of the most important baroque gardens in Europe, you can experience masterful garden art in its most beautiful form. A visit is particularly worthwhile because in 2025 this impressive garden landscape will celebrate its 350th anniversary.
Duration: 3 hours including selected exits and a short visit to the Herrenhausen Gardens
