For multi-day congresses, we provide a total of 200 hotel rooms, allowing participants to stay comfortably on site—ensuring short distances and a seamless event experience.
Our largest event space measures 210 m² and accommodates up to 200 guests in theater-style seating or up to 120 in a classroom setup. Additional rooms are available for workshops, breakout sessions, and smaller meetings.

We also offer excellent options for hybrid and more dynamic event formats. Our gardens and terraces provide an inviting setting for networking, breaks, or outdoor program elements.
In cooperation with our local network partners, we can also organize large-scale events, including full event management, at external venues such as a pavilion in the nearby EXPO Park—for example, the Peppermint Pavilion, “Der Wal,” the adjacent Hanover Exhibition Grounds, or the ZAG Arena Hanover—hosting up to 10,000 participants.
