The family run 3-Star-Superior hotel is located central but quite in Hanover´s city centre, in walking distance to the central railway station, the historical old town and the main shopping malls. Most places of interest are easy accessible in a few minutes by tram/subway.

sehr zentrale lage und trotzdem nicht weit in die eilenriede, viele trinkhallen in der nähe, genütliches bett, hübsches badezimmer, weckdienst. schönes originelles ambiente

im zimmer war es bei ankunft sehr warm, keine frühstückseier. bei der buchungsbestätigung durch das hotel ist ein zu hoher preis angegeben worden.

einige Zimmer sind bereits saniert, andere noch nicht. Sehr verwinkelter Bau, Treppenhaus teilweise mit angrenzenden Mietwohnungen

Leider gab es am Wochenende Frühstück erst ab 8:00 Uhr morgens. Auf dem Schreibtisch gab es keine entsprechende Lampe. Im Kleiderschrank waren keine Bügel.

Helhörigkeit zum Nachbarzimmer - ich mußte mitten in der Nacht das Zimmer wechseln, weil mein Zimmernachbar vor dem lauten Fernseher eingeschlafen ist. Wenn nicht voll belegt ist, sollten Sie die Zimmer nicht nebeneinander vergeben.

Ich konnte am Morgen meine Schuhe nicht anzuziehen, da ich mit meinen Füßen Probleme habe. Meine Frage am der Repzestion nach einem Schuhanzieher mußte man mir sagen, daß so etwas nicht vorhanden sei. Ich habe dann meine Schuhe mit einem großen Löffel anbekommen. Vielleicht einen in Reserve halten.

Beim Frühstücksbufett müsste das auffüllen fehlender Sachen wie Wurst,Käse,Brötchen/Brot usw. selbstständiger gelingen.Aber auf Nachfrage wurde alles Freundlich serviert. Desweiteren habe ich kein Verständnis das das Hotel eigene Parkhaus in dem oberen Preisniveau des Hotels dafür pro Tag 10-€ zu zahlen sind.

Schlaf war erst ab ca. 4.30 Uhr möglich. Bis zu diesem Zeitpunkt hämmerten die Bässe der benachbarten Discothek. Mein Beschwerde bei der Rezeption gegen 3.30 Uhr war ohne Ergebnis. Das Hotel befände sich im Bahnhofsviertel, man müsse mit Belästigungen rechnen, Einfluss auf den Lärm der benachbarten Discothek hätte das Hotel nicht, ich könne allerdings davon ausgehen, dass er im Laufe der nächsten Stunde ende. Wegen der Messe ist das Hotel ausgebucht, ein anderes Zimmer könne man mir nicht geben. Fazit: eine fast schlaflose Nacht für 141 EUR. Ich kann das Hotel keinesfalls empfehlen und werde nie wieder dort übernachten.

Sehr gute Beratung an der Rezeption. Restaurant sehr gut. Grund der Buchung: In Ihrer Auswahl steht nicht die Deutsche Meisterschaft im Sportschiessen!!! Über tausend Schützen kommen für 4 Tage nach Hannover!!

Bett zu hart ;-) Halt Wasserbett verwöhnt... ;-) Fliesen in der Dusche könnten sauberer sein. Eine Glaswand als Abdeckung der Dusche wäre schöner und hygenischer als ein Vorhang. Sonst gute Ausstattung

Lage: Sehr gut vom Hbf zu Fuß erreichbar, Lister Meile "um die Ecke" Badezimmer erfreulich groß für Unterkunft dieser Preiskategorie (günstiger Sonderpreis)

Luft aus benachbartem Lokal wurde in den Innenhof geblasen, zu dem das Zimmerfenster ging Bass aus benachbarter Disko kam leise, aber vernehmbar durch (Körperschallübertragung)

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Auswahl beim Frühstücksbuffet war groß und alles war lecker.

Ich habe das Hotel über die Tourist Information gebucht. Wir waren mit einer Schülergruppe im Alter von 12 bis 18 Jahren unterwegs. Ich fand das Hotel für eine Schülergruppe unpassend, weil sich neben dem Hotel direkt ein Bordell befand. Auch um die Ecke waren mehrere Nachtclubs. Um den Bahnhof waren viele Obachlose. Einer bedrohte uns und ein anderer warf leere Flaschen durch die Gegend. Die Schüler waren sehr eingeschüchtert.
