Zimmer war sauber, groß und das Frühstückbuffet war sehr gut. Die Mitarbeiterinnen an der Rezeption waren stets freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Die Zimmer sehen etwas "alt" aus. Die Matratze war etwas durchgelegen und es gab nur ein Kissen pro Person. Im Bad fehlen Haken und ein Handtuchhalter in der Nähe des Waschbeckens.

Wir waren als Sportlergruppe unterwegs, mit speziellen Anforderungen an Frühstück, Uhrzeit, spätes Checkout, Lage zur Innenstadt, Ruhe von Draussen.... Kurz gesagt - für uns war das alles perfekt gelöst. Jederzeit wieder !

Mein Zimmer, 329, war leider in der Nacht nicht ruhig. Es lag zum einen an der Nähe zum Fahrstuhl. Zum anderen waren trotz geschlossenen Fensters die Geräusche vom Straßenverkehr und feiernden Gruppen in der Nacht zu hören.

Die zentrale Lage nur wenige Minuten vom Hauptbahnhof. Last Check Out bis 16:00 nach dem Marathon. Lärmschutzfenster halten den nächtlichen Straßenlärm draußen. Gutes Frühstücksangebot.

Der Late Check out am Marathontag. 16.00 Uhr war eine sehr gute Zeit. Man konnte noch entspannt duschen und auschecken.

Die Beleuchtung in dem Flur fand ich etwas zu hell. Beim einschlafen schimmerte es immer hell unter dem Türschlitz.(Was vielleicht nicht jeden stört)

Sehr gut hat uns die Lage des Hotels, das hervorragende Frühstücksbuffet und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis gefallen.

Wenn überhaupt etwas hier anzumerken ist, dann dass das Wasser in der Dusche eine Temperaturschwankung von bestimmt 20 Grad hatte. Da würde ein Thermostat gut Abhilfe schaffen

Sehr freundliches Personal im Empfang und beim Frühstücksbüfett! Hatte Allergiker-Betten im Zimmer. Im Bad extra für mich einen "Sanität-Hocker" -ohne vorherige extra Anfrage- bereit gestellt, daher war das Duschen und Abtrocknen wesentlich leichter für mich! Das empfine ich als Service!! Grund der Reise: Familientreffen Grund der Buchung- Familientreffen- gerne NICHT bei der Familie schlafen-Unabhängiger

Die Anfahrt mit PKW und das Auffinden der Parkgarage war nicht ganz einfach. Die nächtliche Lärmbelästigung durch Übernachtende unter der Hochstraße wurde als sehr störend empfunden.

The choice of food on offer at breakfast was of a very high order and with proper coffee served in jugs not from a machine. Access on foot from the main station was extremely quick and easy. Central position also allowed easy access on foot to the city centre. Water coolers by the lift also very welcome.

It could have been made a bit more obvious that eating in the restaurant in the evening was only possible if booked in advance.

Parkgarage defekt, Restaurant geschlossen, Personal unprofessionell, Fremdfirma? Zeitarbeit? "Antwort vom Hotel: Der Autofahrstuhl von der hoteleigenen Tiefgarage war defekt, daher wurde ein anderes Parhaus, nur 50 Meter entfernt, empfohlen. Im Restaurant, was nur auf Vorbestellung geöffnet hat, ist tatsächlich eine Fremdfirma beschäftigt, diese wurde von uns über die unerfreuliche Beschwerde informiert. Wir bedauern, dass Sie Unannehmlichkeiten hatten."

Ich bekam ein Raucherzimmer, obwohl ich frühzeitig gebucht hatte und ein Nichtraucherzimmer angegeben hatte - das war eine Zumutung Im Zimmer Richtung Raschplatz war es bis tief in die Nacht - selbst bei geschlossenem Fenster - unerträglich laut, an Schlaf war kaum zu denken. Zumal man das Fenster öffnen musste, um wegen der fehlenden Klimatisierung (und des Raucharomas) nicht zu ersticken

Straßenlärm nachts, man konnte nicht bei offenem Fenster schlafen. Handtücher wurden gewechselt, obwohl sie aufgehangen waren (entgegen Hinweis im Badezimmer), manche Handtücher machten einen eher alten Eindruck (ausgefranster Rand).

Rezeptionsteam und Servicekräfte waren sehr freundlich. Alles sauber. Frühstücksbuffet außergewöhnlich gut. Wir waren mit einer großen Gruppe vor Ort (26 Personen), um an einer Sportveranstaltung teilzunehmen. Buchung über TouriInfo - diese Optionen sind u. nicht eintragbar, daher hier.

Seife wurde nicht aufgefüllt, trotz Hinweis. Temperatur im Zimmer sehr hoch, auch wegen der nicht auszustellenden Minibar, die warme Luft abgab. Fenster öffnen war ebenfalls keine Option, wegen des Lärms von draußen.
