Wenn ich in Hannover im Stadtgebiet unterwegs bin, würde ich IMMER ins „ Mussmann“ gehen :-)…. die gediegene Atmospäre, die Freundlichkeit des Personals insgesamt, der Wohlfühlfaktor in den Zimmern, es passt einfach für mich alles. Vielen vielen Dank dafür !!

Nach dem Marathon Lauf war der Aufzug außer Betrieb 🤣….. DAS hätte ich mir anders gewünscht 😂. 5 Etagen Treppen mit müden Beinen 🫣Deshalb würde ich aber trotzdem wiederkommen und keineswegs Punkte abziehen 😉😉😉

Gediegene Atmosphäre, höflicher Empfang, großes Zimmer mit sehr guten Betten, gute Raumaufteilung, sehr ruhig, Frühstück absolut ok (für jeden etwas dabei), sehr zugewandter Service beim Frühstück.

Altbacken, unbequem (Bad), überteuert - z. B. 10 Euro zusätzlich bei den Zimmerpreisen für eine verzwegte Sauna sind ein schlechter Witz. Das ganze Haus hat nichts mit einem Grandhotel zutun, außer dass es sich so nennt.

schöne, große Zimmer, gute Einrichtung, tolles Bett. Ausgezeichnete Bad-Ausstattung. Sehr freundliches und sympathisches Personal.

das Frühstück lässt zwar keine großen Wünsche offen, dennoch geht das besser, in anderen Hotels dieser Preislage. Und leider "im Keller"..das senkt die Atmosphäre doch erheblich.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Das Zimmer war zum Innenhof. Es war sehr leise.

Das Badezimmer war etwas veraltet und das Silikon an der Wanne war unansehnlich. Das Frühstück war ausreichend, aber nicht üppig.

Schön die Motto-Etagen, zB Etage 2 heißt MASCHSEE und die Zimmer haben Fotomotiv Namen, wie zB. Segelschule, Bootsanleger oder Maschseebogen. Es gibt also keine Zimmernummern.

Eine Servicedame beim Frühstück war etwas oberflächlich und unpersönlich beim Einschenken des Kaffee's, aber ansonsten war es eine ruhige und angenehme Atmosphäre.

Das große geräumige Zimmer und der ausgefallene Sanitärbereich. Das es große Spiegel gab und man sich ganz sehen konnte. Das Bild unter der Decke über dem Bett, wie auch die Anzahl dder Kissen!

Sehr negativ! In der Hotelbeschreibung stand. "Babysitterservice" aber dann hiess es, unser Baby "sei zu jung". Bezüglich der Messe, wäre das eine Erleichterung gewesen. Bitte richtige Angaben auf der Homepage machen. (Alterangabe-Babysitter)

Freundliches Personal. Schöne große Zimmer. Ohne Probleme könnten wir unseren jüngsten mitbringen.Er hat das Bett geliebt.

Das es keine Einweisung auf die Bedienung der Klimaanlage im Zimmer gab. Wir haben zwar die Temperatur auf 21 Grad eingestellt nur in der Nacht lag ich genau im Auswurf der Anlage und bin jetzt mit einer schönen Erkältung zu Hause. Das sich das Fenster nicht auf Kipp stellen ließ, sondern nur groß auf ging. Müll unter dem Sofa. Schlecht Staub gewischt. So war die Schnur vom Föhn extrem staubig. Die Birne in der Stehlampe hatte auch ein paar Millimeter.

sehr nette, kompetente Rezeption, schöne Zimmer, nette Einrichtung, gutes Frühstück, sehr gute Lage. Trotz Lage an der Straße sehr ruhig.

Kein Abzug in Toilette und Dusche. Man tritt aus der Dusche praktisch ins Zimmer. Schiebetür o. Vorhang wären hilfreich. Kleine Gebrauchsanleitung für die Bedienung der Heizung im Zimmer wäre gut. Die fruchsäfte beim Frühstück bitte kühlen.

Ein hoher Servicegrad, mit interessant gestalteten und sehr geräumigen Zimmern. Kleine Sonderwünsche wurden ohne Probleme durchgeführt bzw. genehmigt. Ein sehr schönes Hotel, insbesondere in Bezug auf das Angebot "zu Gast in Hannover"... Gerne wieder...

Frühtstück war sehr gut, allerdings hat Kaffee nicht so gut geschmeckt und es hätte gerne auch Rohzucker oder Zuckeralternativen im Angebot geben können. Im Zimmer fehlte ein Wasserkocher. Die Schwelle Flur/Bad hatte scharfe Kante an der man sich leicht die Füsse stossen konnte

Wir nahmen das Angebot ,,Zu Gast in Deiner Stadt,,war. Wir hatte ein tolles Zimmer mit wunderschönem Ausblick was wir uns unter normalen Umständen nicht hätten leisten können. Das Personal hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen. Jetzt sehen wir unsere City in einem ganz anderen Blickwinkel.Dann war auch noch Midnightshoppen in der ErnstAugustGalerie. Kurzum ; ES HAT ALLES GEPASST & XTREMST SCHÖN.
