Corona Hygiene Rules

Events are permitted again, as long as the following Corona-related hygiene rules are followed:

1. Tables for conference guests are placed a minimum of 1,5 meters apart from each other.
2. The windows in the rooms are to be opened regularly to allow for the circulation of fresh air (before and after the event as well as during breaks).
3. Tables, chairs, and technological equipment are to be disinfected before and after each event.
4. All counters are to be cleaned and disinfected on a regular basis.
5. All highly frequented areas and points of contact are to be cleaned and disinfected on a regular basis.
6. Hand sanitizer dispensers are to be placed in front of each conference area, in the restrooms and public areas.
7. Contact information must be taken for all attendees.
8. All staff members must wear a mask.
9. Tables must be a minimum of 1,5 meters apart from each other during meals, only 2 people per table.
10. No self-serve buffets allowed, meals are only to be served on plates.
11. Snack foods are to be pre-portioned and packaged as to avoid open buffets.
